Reaching a height of 200 feet at 777 3rd Avenue North in downtown St. Petersburg, Reflection is the tallest building in the Mirror Lake neighborhood and will have 88 condos and 2,800 square feet of retail space at completion.
Local developer HP Capital, formed by partners Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, Nick Hansen, and Chris Hemmer, recently announced that condo sales for the luxury tower reached $65 million, including $5 million sold in the past two weeks. KW Commercial is the exclusive broker marketing the condominiums.

Reaching a height of 200 feet, Reflection is the tallest building in the Mirror Lake neighborhood and will have 88 condominium residences and 2,800 square feet of retail space at completion.
Reflection is being developed by the principals of HP Capital - Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, Nick Hansen, and Chris Hemmer - along with the DeNunzio Group led by Dustin DeNunzio.

The 88-unit building is being developed the principals of HP Capital - Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, and Nick Hansen along with the DeNunzio Group led by Dustin DeNunzio. Relfection is located at the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue North and 8th Street.
Reflection will reach a height of 200 feet and will feature 2,800 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Reflection Master Listing Agent and KW Commercial Tampa Bay Founder Jon Wittner is marketing the commercial space with partners Jake Wollman and Jon Reno LaBudde.

The 88-unit building is being developed by a team led by the principals of HP Capital - Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, and Nick Hansen at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue North and 8th Street.
"As a lifelong resident I can't be more excited and prouder of what the downtown area of St Petersburg has become. It is a jewel, and we are very excited about developing Reflection that will complement other new projects in the area," says Hemmer.
Soaring 18 stories above Mirror Lake, the newly-completed Reflection condominium tower has started welcoming its first wave of residents.
At 200 feet tall, Reflection is the tallest building in the Mirror Lake neighborhood with 88 condominium residences, a rooftop pool and entertainment area, and 2,800 square feet of retail space at 777 3rd Avenue North in downtown St. Petersburg.
"We just received our Certificate of Occupancy [CO] for the full tower and clearance for the rooftop pool," HP Capital Principal Fred Hemmer said to St. Pete Rising while doing a walkthrough tour of the luxury tower.
